Family and welcoming home for young and old! The space We welcome you to our house (190 m2) in the Pays des Pierres Dorées, welcome to Beaujolais! Just 20 minutes from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 35 minutes from Lyon, access is easy. We live in Bois d'Oingt (municipality of Val d'Oingt). Dynamic village where you will find all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay (shops, restaurants, walks...). Pleasant to live in all seasons, our little cocoon is equipped and furnished for a family life (and with friends). The house consists of several levels distributed as follows: • entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet. • Upstairs, sleeping area with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, toilet. • Being a nanny, we are lucky to have a playroom (almost 40 m2) that can be "transformed" into a bedroom (double bed 140 x 190) a shower room + toilet are adjoining (as well as 2 cots). Our garden (= 1100 m2) will allow you to fully enjoy the fresh air of the countryside! You can enjoy several dining areas, "meadow" as well as a great play area for children (swing, slide, sandpit and trampoline). Summer bonus: an above-ground swimming pool (4x2, height 1.20 m) and secure will allow you to cool off and relax! ✨New in 2021✨ Our 3 hens will offer you good fresh eggs every day!
