Looking for the perfect getaway for the family? Look no further than The Lawrence House, our perfectly-located chalet in the safe and amenity-filled gated community of Arrowhead Lake. This clean, well-appointed three bedroom, 1 bath Poconos chalet sleeps up to 7 people and boasts a sunroom, a deck with a grill, a fire pit in the backyard to enjoy summer nights and fun useful touches for families and couples to enjoy year-round. Walk to the beach, pool & playground! The space Each room is tastefully decorated with family in mind. With new, cozy linens and vintage art on the walls, you and your family will feel right at home. Take advantage of our kitchen, complete with all the necessities, or grill out on the spacious outdoor patio. Gather friends and family around the fire pit out back to roast s’mores and enjoy the Poconos summertime. In the morning, walk to lakes, beach, tennis courts, playground, pools, a lodge, fitness center and kayak rentals. Arrowhead Lake community offers many amenities as a part of your stay, including 2 lakes, three pools, tennis, a newly-renovated lodge, a full fitness center and seasonal events for the family to enjoy. The house is in a central location to year-round fun, including Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari Waterpark, Pocono Raceway, Golf n' Fun, & The Crossings Outlet Mall. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: ALL COMMUNITY REGISTRATION FEES PAID via AIRBNB AFTER BOOKING Arrowhead Lake Community requires extra charges for temporary membership and allow access to the community’s many amenities. Once booking is confirmed, I will confirm number of guests and vehicles with you, then send a request for these funds via AirBnB. These charges are mandated by the community. REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE: One Gate card for access into the community ($20/ per vehicle) One membership wristband per guest ($8.50 per person, per day for children over 6). Wristbands are mandatory year round for all guests. Registration transaction fee ($20) Late fee for registration (bookings within 3 days of arrival) _______________ Fishing licenses are available to be purchased online or in person through Arrowhead Lakes. During the winter there is salt provided at house, it is the guest’s responsibility to clean any snow and/or sprinkle salt as needed during your stay. Guest access We are only a short walk to the lake and playground! The community is gated, with 24/7 security. The speed limit is 15 throughout the community as well and is very safe.
