Downstairs futon can sleep 2. 2 folding sleeping mats are also provided. Maximum 8 people. Outdoor space includes fire pit, outdoor chairs/furniture. Charcoal barbeque is available. Charcoal and firewood are not provided but usually they are available. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, serving platters, drinking glasses, wine glasses, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. There's also basic spices and condiments, etc. Those with mobility issues may experience difficulty with the private trail to the beach as it has steep sections especially coming back from the ocean. However, you can drive to the beach through Del Rey beach and Sunset beach. Make sure your car is equipped for driving on the sand which can change depending on weather, tides and time of day.
