Maison VERTOU near Nantes

Our house is located south of Nantes in Vertou, close to the Sèvre Nantaise, a short walk from the Parc du Loiry. This 110 m2 south-facing single-storey house overlooks a landscaped garden: garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, children's games (swing, trampoline, ping pong table, above-ground pool) and completely enclosed (closed by gate with intercom). The neighborhood is quiet. The location is ideal for visiting Nantes, the Nantes vineyard, the Atlantic coast (Pornic 45 minutes away), the PUY DU FOU (1 hour)... The space The house consists of 1 large living room/kitchen (50 m2), a bathroom, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms equipped with storage cupboard, an annex room serving as a playroom/laundry room. This room is equipped with a sofa bed and can be transformed into a 4th bedroom if necessary. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, oven, microwave, Senseo, dishwasher. During the period of July/August, we install an above-ground swimming pool of about 4 m x 2 m (be careful with small children: no specific protection such as a barrier to access the swimming pool). 2 adult bicycles available + 2 children's bicycles (9 years and 12 years).
