Whether for a staycation, board exam, business, or exploring Lucena, you’ll find our location convenient and accessible. ☺️ The space ☾ Type: Studio-type ☾ Units Available: 5 fully furnished studio units (Each unit comes with its own kitchen, cooking utensils, and private bathroom with a bidet and shower.) ☾ Building Features: One unit is located on the ground floor, and four units are on the upper floor. Secured with CCTV monitoring in hallways and a self-check-in system for added privacy and convenience. ☾ Our Office: One unit (the 6th unit) is dedicated as our office and stockroom for Airbnb-related supplies (cleaning materials, linens, etc.). ☾ Each studio unit is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy, functional, and comfortable space for our guests. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Lucena. ☺️ Guest access There is one main entrance, but each unit has its own private door with a separate lock for added security and privacy. Every unit is equipped with its own bathroom (CR) and kitchen, so there’s no need for a shared common area. This setup allows guests to enjoy their stay with full independence, privacy, and convenience. ☺️ During your stay We’ve adopted a hands-off approach to guest interaction to prioritize your convenience, privacy, and safety, especially after the pandemic. We offer a completely contactless self-check-in process, with detailed instructions sent to you upon booking. Rest assured, we’re just a message away if you need any assistance, and we’re happy to help remotely if anything comes up during your stay. For the security of both parties, we no longer accept phone calls or text messages. The street in front of the apartment is busy and often full, so parking is not guaranteed. 🛏 Do you have rooms for groups? ~ No, all of our units are for 2 guests only. 🐾 Do you allow pets? ~ Sorry, furparents, pets are not allowed inside the premises. 🛎 What are your office hours? ~ We respond to inquiries from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM only.
