The space A very bright apartment with windows to the outside in all its spaces, with entrance to the accommodation directly from the street without going through the portal or stairs, you can enter the accommodation by a security code that we will provide you before your arrival. The house has the following layout: -BEDROOMS: The accommodation has 2 separate bedrooms, the main one of 15m2 has a 150cm wide double bed with a viscoelastic mattress, and a work area with a desk. The 10m2 secondary bedroom has two single bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a clothes hanger with hangers and are equipped with all the necessary bedding. (Pillows, sheets, duvets, blankets, etc.). -LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, with necessary kitchenware, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee makers, etc. The living room has a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa, and a 55" Smart TV. -PRIVATE TERRACE: Terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing raised mini pool that we will make sure is fully prepared upon your arrival. It is located in a very quiet area where parking is very easy. You can park the car nearby or right at the door of the accommodation. There is no parking problem on any date of the year.
