On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, this cosy getaway is a professionally converted and exquisitely decorated annex to our main property. This conversion was completed in 2022. PLEASE NOTE... You are welcome to use the woodburner during the summer months (May - Sept inclusive) but I do not supply firewood during this period. Please bring your own supplies of firelighters, kindling and logs if you would like an inside fire during the summer. The space The cottage is a self-contained annex to our main property. It has its own front and rear access. The accommodation comprises a lounge / bedroom space with oak floor, underfloor heating and log burner; fully fitted kitchen with brand new units, full-sized dishwasher, breakfast table, belfast sink and oak worktops; newly fitted bathroom with large Grohe shower; small outside patio with chimenea, BBQ and dining set Guest access There is a large parking area immediately outside the property (which is shared by us). The property is situated 250M from the nearest road so peace and quiet is plentiful Other things to note The property is located on our smallholding in May Hill village. Our land borders onto Huntley Estate, across which passes the Gloucestershire Way footpath and a plethora of other footpaths. Our local pub 'The Glasshouse' is a 20min walk and has a fantastic reputation for gastronomic food, good wines and refreshing beers and ciders. We supply one basket of firewood, kindling and firelighters. Further supplies are available from nearby garages and shops
