Other things to note Unlock the full experience: Enjoy our community's amenities with a membership transfer, required for the main pool, restaurants, gym, tennis, or golf. A $500 transfer fee payable to the 'Club' covers your entire stay. Golf enthusiasts take note: rounds with a cart are $77 (18 holes) or $46 (9 holes) as a 'Transfer Member,' with reduced fees to $42 (18) and $26 (9) from May 1st to October 31st. Prices are subject to increase at clubs discretion. Additionally, getting the green light from the Home Owners Association (HOA) is required to rent our condo. They charge a $500 security deposit (direct payment to them) and a $100 non-refundable processing charge, plus $50 per person for background checks. Please be aware that the approval process may take up to 30 days.
