This classic beach house is simple, cozy, and all about enjoying the ocean and time together. One of our favorite features is the direct beach access—just step onto the sand whenever you like. Inside you’ll find knotty pine walls, an open living room, and space to relax. The cottage sleeps 6 and linens are provided. Please make yourselves at home and enjoy the deck, the waves, and the charm of this special place. Bedrooms & Sleeping: 3 bedrooms — 1 Queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twins . Bathrooms: 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Living & Dining: Open living area with comfortable seating. Gather at the dining table for meals, games, or puzzles. My favorite is quiet mornings sitting by the window on the comfy leather sofa, hot coffee in hand watching the sunrise and being so thankful to be right there! Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook or entertain. Outdoor Space: Private deck with seating, direct beach access, and spectacular sunrise and sunset views. Extras: Pet friendly, parking, Wi-Fi . This cottage is ideal for couples seeking a romantic beach retreat, small families, or friends looking to relax and enjoy Oak Island’s charm. Loggerhead Turtles return to Oak Island each year to lay their eggs. The hatchling turtles go toward the moonlight over the water. For this reason outside lights are turned off on ocean front homes. This not only provides a safe start in life for the baby turtles it also provides a beautiful night sky view of the stars. Other things to note Linens and starter supplies are provided. Relax from the moment you arrive. 1 full and one half bath- Just off the larger bedroom there is a full bath shower/tub combo, pedestal sink and 1950's blue toilet. There is an additional half bath with a sink and toilet. Dogs are family too! Your furry friend is welcome and the pet fee is $150- $200 a week. :: Undisclosed pets will incur a $250–$300 violation/cleaning fee in addition to the standard pet fee. Smoke-free. Enjoy the salt air! Parking- ample space for two cars in the driveway. Travel Insurance is recommended for interruptions due to weather.
