To that effect, we provide: - Generator, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries, hairdryer - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 8 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 well-furnished bedrooms - 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. - All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, heater, TV, electric kettle, separate seating areas, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms. - Both bedrooms on the first floor also offer an attached balcony, complete with seating arrangements and overlooking the sprawling lawn and forest. - 1 of the bedrooms on the first floor has an attached attic equipped with a single bed, ideal for kids. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have hairdryers, geysers, towels and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - There is an expansive living room on the ground floor. - It offers comfortable sofa-style seating for up to 10 people. It is equipped with a TV, heater, indoor fireplace and Wi-Fi. - The dining area is a part of the living room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. OUTDOOR AREAS - The exteriors of the property boast verdant, manicured lawns, 2000 sq. ft. and 1,500 sq. ft. in size. - The lawns offer ample seating arrangements and can seat up to 25 and 20 people respectively. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals of Rs. 1000 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. Guest access There are 2 units on the premises of the property, guests have access to 1 entire unit. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no designated staff accommodation at the property. However, personal staff can be accommodated in a nearby hotel on prior request, at an additional cost. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is not a pet-friendly property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights for up to 5 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Please note that if guests were to book the listing, they would be accommodated in a separate studio room within the premises. The 3-bedroom cottage will not be a part of this listing and guests do not have access to it.
