Located in MoonRidge, next to Bear Mountain, the new Big Bear Zoo, the golf course, snow summit, sledding, shopping and more. Bring up to 16 guests to relax and enjoy the slopes, host a gathering, or bring the family to vacation, this home has something for everyone. The giant rear deck has beautiful “tree house” views, with Bear Mountain Ski Resort being the center. A jacuzzi sits in the center, with gorgeous starlight views at night. A brand new Chef’s kitchen, and too much else to list! The space Kitchen- brand new chefs kitchen, made to entertain. Sit around the island and Walnut dining table, while enjoying the fireplace, that is accessible 360*. Living Area- giant comfy couch and a 70” HD tv with surround sound. Hardwood floors throughout, with carpet under the couch in living space. Game room- 1000sq ft of play space, we have a stand up Arcade game with over 1600 games, competition Foosball table, air hockey, and basketball,. 4 beds in game room, sleeps 6. Master- a whole glass wall with tree top view of Bear Mountain. Sit in the tub under the moonlight, with partial glass ceilings to look at the stars. Private bathroom with Bidet toilet with heated seat. Giant lounge chair to enjoy the view, or read a book. Upstairs deck access, and yoga lounge. Bedrooms- all the rooms are comfy, with smart TV’s. Upstairs room with deck access and a comfy couch. Downstairs master with bathroom. Upstairs Bathroom- brand new remodeled, with heated floors. Guest access There is about 7 parking spots depending on conditions. At least 6. Garage space will be available soon, but for now the two driveways. It’s located in the hills and can be tricky during winter with adverse conditions so be careful please! It’s not too far up, but sometimes it gets slippery during winter.
