Child friendly home on a Holiday Island

With 4 grandchildren under the age of 9, our home is set up for little ones. Lots of toys available, and, in addition to 3 double bedrooms, a "nursery" with toddler bed, cot and changing station. An additional travel cot is available and a small sofa bed. Large conservatory leading to garden with artificial grass. Gas BBQ, garden furniture and a paddling pool available. Bus stop 20m, M&S food shop and Boots chemist 50m, two supermarkets 1km. Parking for 2 cars. 5 min drive to three beaches. The space Ground Floor: Entry Hall with stairs to First floor (stairgates can be fitted top and bottom). Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, Cloakroom, Utility and large Conservatory leading to garden. First Floor: 3 Double Bedrooms (one with Ensuite shower room), Children's Room with Cot and Toddler bed. House Bathroom. Small Sofa Bed on landing. Guest access Parking at side or house for 2 cars and another one or two on private road outside. A 5 minute drive to beaches on West and North coast and 10 minutes to South coast. There is a bus stop 20 metres from the house with a regular service to the town centre of St Helier and the North coast beach.
