Stylish & Centrally Located Experience Enjoy a stylish stay just 15 minutes from Miami Airport. Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, University of Miami, Crandon Park beaches (Key Biscayne), and Little Havana are 5-10 minutes away. Brickell, Downtown, Wynwood, and Midtown are 10-15 minutes away. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and offers easy access to Coral Way, with plenty of dining options nearby. I’m excited to host you and will do my best to accommodate your needs throughout your stay. A bit about the space: The room is private and has its own entrance in the backyard, offering a welcoming and homey atmosphere. Inside, you’ll find a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven toaster/air fryer, and an office desk—perfect for your comfort and convenience. For privacy reasons, there is no access to the rest of the house from the room—meaning no access to the full kitchen or laundry area. I live with my mom, two dogs (Negro and Nala, our playful Goldendoodles), and a cat. You might occasionally see us enjoying the backyard or relaxing on the front porch. You may also hear typical household sounds, like cleaning or cooking, but we do our best to keep things quiet and respectful. While the room has its own independent entrance and private bathroom, please note that it is still part of the house—so essentially, you’re sharing a portion of our home during your stay. Guest access I live on premises so I’m always available in case you have any questions During your stay Even though I have a job I’m very reachable by text or phone. I will check up on you throughout your stay to make sure you are comfortable and will send you a reminder for your check out. I don’t mind interacting with guests at all but I understand if you prefer to be more to yourself. Other things to note Furry friends are welcome! Thank you for your interest in bringing your pet! Here’s a breakdown of the pet fees: • Small dogs (0-25 lbs): $10 per night, with a maximum of $100 per month • Dogs (26-50 lbs): $20 per night, with a maximum of $125 per month • Dogs (51-75 lbs): $30 per night, with a maximum of $150 per month Please note that pets must be well-behaved, with up-to-date vaccinations, and friendly. Also, keep in mind that there are other dogs and a cat on the property. Guests and their pets will have access to a big backyard, which is shared with my pets. It’s a great space for your dog to play and explore! Additionally, if you’re interested, I offer pet sitting services during your stay to ensure your furry friend is well cared for while you’re out.
