Up to 9 people (there is a single sofa bed for one child on the queen double bed). The entire property is a private old stone house belonging to a very attentive family from Lucca. However, since they currently live in Sardinia, they have decided to rent it out for most of the year. Air conditioning in EVERY room! You will also have 2 fans for the area day on the ground floor. The early opening of the pool in May is subject to request and booking. We ask our guests to notify only our TEAM of any problems and NOT to try to solve them themselves to avoid damage to the property of any kind (e.g. clogged showers or sinks, AC operation, alarm, closing doors and windows, etc.) Information Note for Guests – External Video Surveillance Dear Guests, We would like to inform you that, to ensure your safety and that of the property, the villa is equipped with an exclusively external video surveillance system, with cameras positioned at the four corners of the building. The villa is located in a remote rural area, and these measures are taken solely for prevention and protection purposes. The cameras do not in any way frame the interior of the house, nor areas that may harm your privacy. Registrations: are not monitored remotely by anyone; are automatically deleted every 24 hours; are consulted only in case of need, for example, for break-ins or damage. We care about your privacy: the system is designed in full compliance with current regulations and your rights. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Guest access All the property is at your complete disposal except for only one room which is closed because the owner uses it for her own during some days along the year. Other things to note We obviously require to you to respect all our proprieties as it was yours. In particular we try to feel you as our owners love their home, leaving some of their family pictures and things around the house, so please respect all of them. Please consider the fact that you're in a countryside before booking, it's normal finding somewhere around some insects, or sometimes some mosquitoes - even if we offer a lot of products - or bees. The owners make disinfections twice a year but it doesn't mean that you won't find anything around. If you or your family suffer any allergies (to bees or similar insects, please let us know or consider it in advance), you have to let us know about that before booking, thanks. POOL OPENING: from MAY to September (it's possible to request the early opening of the pool in April). WARNING BEFORE BOOKING: since the villa is located in the middle of the nature and the road to get there is not illuminated as usually in the countryside, please remind that IT'S NOT POSSIBLE ANY CHECK IN AFTER 7:30/8 pm. Please remind our ordinary check in policy: from 7 pm to 8 pm check in is subjected to € 40 charge. - SELF CHECK IN is NOT allowed anytime here. - IT'S VERY IMPORTANT USE THE ALARM SYSTEM EVERY TIME YOU GO AWAY FROM HOME, EVERY TIME YOU STAY IN THE POOL OR GO AWAY FOR A DAILY TRIP. The Alarm system is very easy to use and it is a perimetral kind, so that you can put it on and move inside home. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSABLE IN CASE SOMEONE BREAK IN OR IN CASE OF SOMETHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN STOLEN, NEITHER WE CANNOT REFUND THE COST OF THE STAY IF YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE UNPROTECTED.
