This policy includes medicinal marijuana and vaping. • No Drugs: The use or possession of any drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. • Security Measures: For your safety and the safety of others, there are security cameras monitoring the exterior and shared spaces of the property. A shared laundry room is conveniently located just outside the rear door of the apartment. The laundry room features a brand-new coin-operated washer and dryer for your use. Parking Information: • Street Parking: If you’re driving to the property, please inform us in advance( Do Not inform us the same day of your check in, this will not give us enough time to purchase them for you by your time of arrival). Street parking is available directly in front of the property, but it requires parking permits. For stays of 28 days or longer, please ask the host about pricing for parking permits. • Garage Parking: If you prefer covered parking, we also offer a garage parking space for an additional $30 per night. Availability for the garage space is limited, so please inquire with the host ahead of time to secure your spot. Extended Stay Amenities: • Starter Kits for Toiletries: For stays longer than 7 days, we provide only starter kits for basic toiletries. This includes essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, and other basics. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay. Booking Requirements: • Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. Please ensure that you meet this requirement before making a reservation. • Short-Term Rental Agreement: Important Notice: Due to recent changes in Chicago’s shared housing laws, a short-term rental agreement must be signed prior to your arrival.
