Ponderosa Guest Suite

Ponderosa Suite is a one-bedroom apartment with its own outside entrance. It is located in the downstairs portion of our home, on an open, treed lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Convenient walking trails (part of the Flagstaff Urban Trail System) are also right behind the house. It sleeps 4 people (2 queen-sized beds). #21536235 #025190 The space You'll have complete privacy in your own separate space with shared access to the backyard which backs the Flagstaff Urban Trail Systems (FUTS). In addition to the two beds, there is an inflatable twin mattress and matching sheets in the bedroom closet. Since our family lives separately but in the same building, there may be household noises above you, such as foot traffic and appliance noises. As a daylight basement, and with a giant Ponderosa pine tree providing shade, the apartment remains cool in the summer. The unit is 628 sq ft of space. The unit is equipped with whole house smoke detectors that are tied to each other. There is also a fire extinguisher in the unit. Guest access Guests have shared access to the grass backyard which also has a swing set/jungle gym that the kids can use. Other things to note Parking is on-street parking from April 2 - October 31st. The rest of the year (Nov 1 - April 1), you will need to park on the right side of the driveway between 12am-7am due to a Flagstaff City ordinance. You are able to park along the street all other times of the day. There are stairs down to the unit, so you will need to be able to manage these.
