Accommodates 6 adults + 1 infant or toddler Our bright, spacious, newly build home has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the beautiful lakeside community of Salmon Arm. We are 5-20 minutes from numerous beaches including Canoe, Blind Bay or Sicamous which can offer boating, paddle boarding, sea-dooing and kayaking excursions. Being so centrally located we are also surrounded with hiking and biking trails, five golf courses and a handful of wineries, as well as dining options. The space You will enjoy access to over 1500 square feet on the upper level of our open concept 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The space features heated floors and a rain shower concept in the master bath, air conditioning throughout, gas fireplace, complimentary tv, Netflix and Wi-Fi, and a gorgeous fenced/ private backyard with patio seating for 6 and natural gas BBQ. Enjoy the bright, open, air conditioned space, including a large kitchen with granite countertops, gas range, French door fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher and over the range microwave. Or take advantage of the glorious weather and cook your dinner on our natural gas BBQ and settle into the evening around our patio table in the private backyard. Kitchen is stocked with all your basic cooking and serving houseware. After the sun goes down, put your feet up and relax in the living room with one large 3 person reclining sofa, reclining loveseat and 2 reclining chairs, a gas fire place and a big screen TV to watch your favorite movies or shows. Finally, end the night by sprawling out on the large king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the master ensuite with a large tile shower with 3 shower heads ( including a rain shower), heated floors, double sinks and a walk in closet with hangers to create a clutter free environment. Or head into one the guest rooms fitted with a queen pillowtop bed and duvet, large closet with shelves and hangers and make yourself at home. Have a little one with you? Enjoy the adjoining bedroom off the master suite that is fitted with a crib, changing table and gliding chair. Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Garage access is unavailable. Other things to note This is a family friendly neighborhood please respect the quite hours of 10pm – 6am. Furthermore, we have 1 long term tenant with 2 kids below you, please be respectful. We have Telus home security installed for our protection and yours. There is one camera outside at the front door, and one at the peak of the house looking at the driveway. Check in starts at 4pm, and checkout is at 11am.
