Our detached house located on a hillside in Sungai Akar welcomes you, your family and friends to enjoy a relaxing staycation at our property with exclusive amenities. The perfect place to host birthday celebrations, private events, BBQ nights and many more. The space A fully air-conditioned 6 bedroom & 4 bathroom space accommodating up to 15 sleep in guests. Bed arrangements are 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 1 double sofa bed & 1 single bed. Extra mattresses and blankets are available upon request. On-site amenities includes a medium sized private swimming pool, portable sound system, BBQ pit, Netflix, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access Guests are allowed to access inside and around the property compound. As our outdoor balcony areas are tiled, we advise to walk around with care and children to be supervised at all times. Accommodate up to 10 car parking spaces (including driveway) within premise. Outside street parking is also allowed without blocking any accesses. Other things to note We are not responsible for any misplaced or missing belongings. Any items claimed as above will attempt to find then collect at our property. Otherwise a runner or mailing at own expense will be arranged. Any evident damages or loses within premise will be charged accordingly.
