This sweet 2BR/2BA bungalow is a perfect homebase for your visit to Bloomington and the surrounding area. Staying here you're just a walk away from catching a weekend concert or movie in the parks, attending an IU athletic event, dining downtown, or enjoying the local arts and music scene. The space La Casita Azul provides a peaceful setting that will make you feel right at home. Enjoy the light-filled living and dining rooms, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and resting in the spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the front bedroom and hallway bathroom provide the option to take a relaxing bath in the clawfoot tub. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for enjoying a peaceful evening outside, and the front porch offers stunning sunset views looking out over the Bloomington treeline. Work from home at any of: the kitchen nook table with views to the backyard, the dining room table, and the living room (the coffee table lifts up to the perfect height for laptop work). Upon request, a workstation in the unfinished basement can also be prepared for guest use. Guest access Keyless entry/exit via the front door and backdoor keypads. A 4-digit code will be provided before your arrival. Free parking is available on the parking pad behind the house or anywhere along Lincoln St (front of house).
