We are located on Hidalgo between Libertad and Agustín Rodriguez, 3 blocks from the Malecón and a few minutes walk from the Romantic Zone. Our place is ideal if you're looking for a simple place with a relaxed atmosphere and far enough away from the bars to sleep but close enough to walk. Explore downtown Puerto Vallarta day and night. The space This studio room is located on the first floor so you don't have to climb too many stairs. It's a colorful and simple room. It's ideal for resting or working during the day. The room has a ceiling fan. If you are looking for a room with air conditioning, please visit my other listings, but please do not leave negative comments on our profile for lack of air conditioning. We are clearly stating this here. Our building is quite old, it was one of the first hotels in Puerto Vallarta, that said it is not a modern building and as such it has some details of deterioration that may not be so visible in the photos, specifically on floors and tiles. They have had some wear and tear over the years and above all have stains that we have not been able to remove. Unfortunately some of them look like dirt, but be sure that we always clean and disinfect each room between one guest and another. You will receive the clean room, with towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. If your stay is less than 3 nights, you won't receive any additional cleaning during your stay. If, on the other hand, you book 4 or more nights, then you will receive approximately one free cleaning service every 3 or 4 days. This service is a COURTESY at our discretion and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. It is important to know that for safety and hygiene reasons, no one from our staff will access your room without your prior authorization. Exceptions will only be made in an emergency. Guest access We have a common area to rest or work. In this area you will find chairs, tables, coffee, water, microwave, refrigerator, stove and utensils. On the ground floor we also have a patio with a couple of tables and two outdoor rooms for your comfort. WiFi: We have 200 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload WiFi internet. Although the actual speed will depend on your devices and how close you are to our Mesh WiFi repeaters. Other things to note Important considerations. We BEG YOU TO TAKE CARE of the TOWELS and not use them to dry the floor or clean your feet of dirt. The towels are for your hands and body, THEY ARE NOT FOR REMOVING MAKEUP. If we receive towels that are significantly stained with makeup or dirt, we will be forced to make an extra charge depending on the severity of the damage. In the room you will find a brown mat to dry your feet, please use it to keep the bathroom area clean. Electronic keys and TAG. You will be given a key and a magnetic tag for the outside door. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THEM as in case of loss or misplacement you will be charged $500 Pesos mxn or $30 USD.
