Around the house there is a garden in a vast meadow surrounded by forest. On the very edge of a small gardening in the mountains, right in the middle of the Markhot conservation area. From the house there is direct access to the mountains. In a walking distance - peaks with stunning views, waterfalls, dolmens. 30-40 minutes drive to the nearest beaches. The space Two-storey round house. Downstairs there is a fireplace hall with a dining area (sofa with chairs, low table), a large kitchen, a cozy double sofa at the far end of the hall. There is a shared bathroom on the second floor: shower room and toilet. Sleeping area: double bed and two single beds, which, if necessary, turn into a full-fledged double or sofa. In the courtyard there is a fire pit for evenings by the fire pit and a BBQ (charcoal is yours). The house has two areas with tables and chairs - at the entrance and by the fire pit. You are in a vast meadow in the middle of the forest. There is one neighbor in the clearing (each has its own territory but there is no single gate and fence between you). No more neighbors are visible. Neighbor from recreation areas is also not visible. Walking to the forest and mountains directly from the house. There is a jogging route nearby. There is a music speaker in the house, fiber optic internet. Kitchen: gas stove, kettle, fridge, lots of wardrobes, necessary utensils. Washing machine. There is an extensive parking lot in front of the fence. The road from the highway is 3.5 km away - dacha is ground (it is better to go to 4WD but the car will also pass). Unlike the noisy coastline, there is privacy, peace and nature - it's worth it) The walks around are amazing (detailed description at the house). A few walks near the house (download the maps.me app with local trails - we will arrange points together), including a couple of walks along the low ridges almost without a drop in heights - good for a run and just walk. Also chic routes for 2-4-6 hours in all directions - all the best mountain routes of Gelendzhik are within walking distance around us. You're in the heart of the sanctuary! 1. Mountains with great views (stunning view of dozens of kilometers as early as 40 minutes of climbing from the house, but possible further/above). 2. Jane River Valley with waterfalls and dolmens (an hour and a half walk or 15 minutes by car) 3. Local waterfall with a 9-meter bathing bowl and a lovely swing on the way - get there in an hour. 4. The Thab River with Plesetsky Falls is a popular hiking trail on the riverbed with many waterfalls starting an hour's walk from the house. 35-45 minutes drive to several beaches for any taste from the wild to the embankment of Gelendzhik. In 15 minutes drive horses, baths, iodobromous springs, dolmens. Possibility to order massage or yoga directly into the house (several massage therapists in the neighbors).
