Kitchen: Fully-equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances, a quiet dishwasher, and ample counter space. Bathroom: Full bathroom with a shower. Laundry: Onsite washer and dryer for your convenience. Upper Level: Bedroom 1: Queen-size Casper mattress, dedicated workstation, and a Smart TV. Bedroom 2: Queen-size Casper mattress, dedicated workstation, and a Smart TV. Bathroom: A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Outdoor Space: A secluded space complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for delightful evenings outdoors. Please note that this patio space is shared with Skönhuset, just to the north. Guest access We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app. Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including the private backyard. Self Check-In: Enjoy a seamless arrival with our keyless entry system. You will receive a unique access code prior to your stay. Parking: A dedicated carport is available for your vehicle. Other things to note Families: We welcome families! A crib/pack 'n play is available to make your travels easier. We ask that you please scrupulously supervise children during your stay. For your security, the home is equipped with noise decibel monitoring devices. These devices do not record audio but monitor volume levels to ensure a peaceful environment. Shared Space: As a friendly reminder, the backyard patio is a shared space with the guests of Blomhuset next door. Guests are asked to scrupulously supervise children. Guests must be 25 or older. No parties. No pets and no smoking.
