The space The Main House: Entered via a grand reception hall with original Victorian tiled flooring and a pitch pine staircase, the house blends historic architecture with bold, contemporary interiors by Jo Berryman. Large, light-filled rooms flow across two floors, offering space to gather and space to retreat. The Bothy (Included) A charming stone cottage beside the main house, offering: • Kitchen-living space (with double sofa bed) • Double bedroom • Bathroom Ideal for grandparents, teenagers, or guests wanting additional privacy. The Old Stables (at additional cost) 3 additional bedrooms with 3 ensuite. PLEASE NOTE: Price includes the 15.5% fee to Airbnb as per their Airbnb's simplified pricing model that replaces the traditional split-fee structure with a single host-only fee. Guest access Access all areas except for the loft which we lock. We also indicate which wardrobes are usable and which are not. Other things to note All Airbnb bookings are for accommodation only. Any gathering beyond 16 adults requires a separate agreement with us even if you define it as “small and tasteful”. Unfortunately we've had a couple of bad experiences which now requires us to have this stricter policy. Thank you.
