The pull out sofa has a memory foam topper. This room does have a door. It can be used as a bedroom but it is small. Other things to note • There are two full bathrooms in the house. One bathroom contains a tub and the other bathroom (not in the photos) contains a full shower. • The property is 5.5 miles from the Market and 5.2 from the opera theater. • There is enough parking for two vehicles. • The TV room which contains the pull out couch with a memory foam bed has doors that can be closed for privacy.
