Bright and cozy annex on Camønoen

Nice and cozy annex - works for a couple of nights. Close to beaches, forests and shopping. Please read the full description before booking. Double bed and small coffee table. Also, a work table. View of the garden and fields. Private entrance to shared toilet/bath and kitchen through the courtyard. Simple, rural and rustic. Our homes are always changing - furniture, pictures and stones can move around. There is peace and cozy surroundings, but not a completely modernized and fully renovated home :) The space The annex is 12 m2 with a newly built terrace. There is a double bed in one corner, a seating area in the middle and a work table and music studio in the other corner. There are two windows as well as a double patio door. You also have access to the house with shared toilet/bathroom and kitchen, where you will find the necessary utensils for cooking. The bathroom is small and blue - a bit primitive, as you bathe close to the sink and toilet. Therefore, we recommend just looking through the pictures before booking to set expectations :) There is no air conditioning or working heat pump - but a small heater that can work in early spring and autumn. Otherwise, the annex is warm over the summer, as it is insulated. There's also electricity. There are no curtains, so if you are sensitive to light, it is not recommended to book. However, there are some pieces of fabric that can be hung in front of the windows :) During the spring/summer, there are also barbecues available as well as outdoor seating. Guest access Parking is out front on the road. You can walk/cycle if you go to Camønoen. We are surrounded by trails that lead you further - for example to Fanefjord Forest, Hårbølle, Hårbølle harbor, Hårbølle beach, etc. The bus goes to Stege and Vordingborg about 1 km up the road with departure approximately every hour. Other things to note Shared bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Don't expect luxury in the shared areas. We've made it cozy and homey. We are a family with children, so it is important to be able to accept this premise :) Of course, you'll have your privacy, but there's life around our own house.
