Cosy apt. with 2 cats in upcoming part of Utrecht!

Cosy and recently renovated apartment in an upcoming neighbourhood of Utrecht. Only a short 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute bus ride from Central station/city centre with water closeby (really nice for walks or to jump in when the weather is warm) a lively food-shopping street and a few nice bars and restaurants! Important: you have to love cats, because there are 2 attention-needy ginger guys, who are always up for some cuddles! The space The apartment has quite a spacious and light living room with a balcony on the west, so afternoon and evening sun! The bedroom is rather small, but it offers a queensize bed (160cm) with a comfy mattress. There is a small room in the front where you can put your luggage or other belongings and a really nice open bathroom in the back! Guest access There is often enough space for parking on the street. Between Mon-Sat it's €3,12 per hour between 9am-9pm. On Sunday's it's free parking. A 10 minute walk from my place there is a free-parking zone. Other things to note The cats: meet Ted & Billy. Around 8 months old, ginger, fluffy, not shy and always in for a cuddle and some playing. Ted (the chubby one) likes to lick your hand. They don't really cry, but are not fond of closed doors so beware of some miauwing if you go to the toilet :) In the night they sleep in the living room, but you can always choose to let them sleep with you (which they would love of course). If you keep them out, Ted might be knocking on the door between 7.30/8.00am. They have an automatic food dispenser and waterfountain, so no need to take care of that!
