On the ground floor you will find spacious common areas that invite you to linger: The hall of the house invites you to eat and drink, here you will find large plates where you can dine together, what you have prepared in the shared kitchen - and maybe someone is playing the piano for you? In addition, you can also stoke a fire in this area and end the evening comfortably. A very special highlight is the spacious, almost 120 sqm suite, which starts on the ground floor and stretches over two floors. The entrance is the fireplace room, with cozy couches in front of the fireplace, a book corner and a round table where you and your loved ones can play board games. The spacious window front reveals a view of the beautiful garden and park area. Starting from here, you can access the living area with its own open kitchen and living-dining area. The central staircase leads you upstairs to the bedroom as well as to the modern bathroom. Up to 6 persons can be accommodated in the suite (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m on the upper floor; sofa bed and single bed on the ground floor) The other private rooms are located on the second floor of the cottage, which can be reached by an old wooden staircase. In addition to the lütten apartment, there is another apartment here: The duplex apartment. Both rooms are also equipped with their own bathroom. The maisonette and lodge share the shared kitchen and hall. The Lütte apartment: Upstairs is the Lütte Apartment. Up to 3 people can stay here. A comfortable double bed and an extra bed. The duplex apartment: Next to the Lütten is this great apartment on two levels, which offers shelter for a maximum of 5 peace seekers. 1 double bed, two single beds and an extra bed are located here. All bathrooms are real designer pieces and each equipped with shower & bathtub, so coziness and relaxation are paramount here too. In front of the entrance of the house, the large sun terrace with seating groups invites you to linger. From here you go directly to the huge park with attached, private forest. Especially for children, this is a true adventure spot that belongs to you all by yourself. In the evening you can then sit at our fire pit and look into the expanses of Holstein Switzerland. Every now and then you hear the cozy snorting of our horses and maybe you even discover a deer at dusk? Guest access Whenever it is possible for us, we will greet you personally at our farm. Our dog Django also likes to say "hello". It's a bit stormy, but always sweet! You can park at our farm for free. Either in front of the courtyard or via its own driveway right in front of the cottage. We'll let you know or describe in advance where you can go. Due to the age of our country estate, accessibility is not provided. The accesses are partly uneven and stairs must also be climbed into the bedrooms. For more information, be sure to contact us. We can provide you with accurate information about what is possible (and can be done) and what we would rather not recommend. Other things to note We have a 100 year old country estate, accordingly the conditions of the building structure are. The cottage has its own small forest, which connects directly to the small park and invites children to play in particular. In addition, you will find horses, goats, cats, dogs and chickens on our farm; all of them are gladly admired, but please only be touched by arrangement and under no circumstances may they be fed. There are no direct neighbors to the cottage. There is another building next to the cottage, but it is not yet inhabited yet and should serve us as a private house one day. However, the other residents of the yard live further below the cottage in two separate residential houses. We look forward to being respectful and appreciative with our beloved country estate. Additions: bed linen (10€ per person), sauna use (50€), firewood (10€ per bag), electric charging station (30€ per loading unit) & horse time (horse rides by arrangement) can be booked at an extra cost.
