On the ground floor you will find spacious common rooms that invite you to linger: The hall of the house invites you to eat and drink. Here you will find large tables where you can dine together, what you have prepared in the communal kitchen - and maybe someone will play for you on the piano? You can also stoke a fire in this area and end the evening in a cozy atmosphere. A very special highlight is the spacious, almost 120 sqm suite, which begins on the ground floor and stretches over two floors. The entrance is the fireplace room, including cozy couches in front of the fireplace, a book corner and a round table where you and your loved ones can play board games. The spacious window front reveals a view of the beautiful garden and park. From here you enter the living area with its own open kitchen and living-dining area. The central staircase leads you upstairs to the bedroom as well as to the modern bathroom. Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the suite (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m on the upper floor; sofa bed and single bed on the ground floor) The other private rooms are on the second floor of the cottage, which can be reached by an old wooden staircase. In addition to the Lütten apartment, there is another apartment here: the Maisonette apartment. Both rooms are also equipped with a private bathroom. The Maisonette and the Lütte share the common kitchen and the hall. The Lütte apartment: Upstairs is the Lütte apartment. It can accommodate up to 3 people. A comfortable double bed and an extra bed are provided. The Maisonette apartment: Next to the Lütten is this great apartment on two levels, which offers shelter for a maximum of 5 people seeking peace and quiet. 1 double bed, two single beds and an extra bed are here. All bathrooms are real designer pieces and each equipped with shower & bathtub, so that coziness and relaxation are also the top priority here. In front of the entrance of the house, the large sun terrace with seating groups invites you to linger. From here you go directly into the huge park with connected, private forest. Especially for children, this is a real adventure place that belongs to you all alone. In the evening you can sit by our fireplace and look into the vastness of Holstein Switzerland. From time to time you will hear the pleasant snorting of our horses and maybe you will even discover a deer in the twilight? Guest access Whenever possible, we will greet you personally at our farm. Our dog Django also likes to say "hello." He's a bit stormy, but always sweet! You can park for free with us on the farm. Either in the front courtyard or via a private driveway right in front of the cottage. We will instruct you or describe to you in advance where to go. Due to the age of our country estate, accessibility is not guaranteed. The access roads are partly uneven and stairs must also be climbed to the bedrooms. For more information, please contact us. We can provide you with accurate information about what is possible (and can be done) and what we would rather not recommend. Other things to note We have a 100-year-old country estate, so the conditions of the building structure are accordingly. The cottage has its own small grove, which is directly adjacent to the small park and invites children to play. In addition, you will find horses, goats, cats, dogs and chickens on our farm; all of which are happy to be admired, but please only touched by appointment and in no case fed. There are no direct neighbors to the cottage. There is another building next to the cottage, but it is not yet inhabited and is to serve us as a private house one day. However, the other residents of the farm live further below the cottage in two separate residential buildings. We would be happy if you treat our beloved country estate with respect and appreciation. Additions: Bed linen (€10 pp), sauna use (€50), firewood (€10 per bag), e-charging station (€30 per charging unit) & horse time (rides by arrangement) can be booked for an extra charge.
