It is a completely renovated space that combines noble materials such as wood, stone and ceramics. It is very cozy, well lit, and only 150m from downtown El Perelló. The apartment consists of 2 spaces, a double room with a bathroom and shower, and a living-dining room with a table for four people, A/C, TV and wifi, a rest area with a sofa and a large fully equipped open kitchen. There is an exit with a balcony and a small table for coffee or a good breakfast in the sun. The space Ideal for couples, it is a  spacious 50m apartment very well distributed. The main room with double bed, bathroom and shower work that gives it a lot of charm. It is outfitted with bed linens and towels, all laundry is cleaned in the professional laundry room.  The largest space is the living-dining room with table for four people, A/C, flat TV and wifi TV, a lounge area with a sofa  and its large open kitchen fully equipped. There is a balcony exit and coffee table or a good breakfast in the sun. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including microwave and a sweet taste coffee maker. Guest access The apartment is located in the center of the village of El Perelló, municipality of Baix Ebre, recognized as the capital of honey, a reference in the beekeeping world. It stands out for being the town with the most local and proximity commerce in the area, every Saturday there is a market on the main street, where you can find km0 vegetables, sausages and local products, basketry and ceramics. The beaches are only 4km away by car on an easy road and perfect for parking. Other things to note We are Antoni and Anna, we are from Barcelona and we decided to make a change of life in search of tranquility and nature. We have been living in Perelló for 4 years now, as we love the sea, hiking and Perelló is the perfect combination.
