Family-friendly quiet oasis 🏡 35 minutes to Hamburg

You will get the true Aibnb spirit, while living in our family home. In the meantime, we will be on vacation ourselves, so the house is all yours. Our house is lovingly designed and very well equipped: from all kinds of spices to a waffle maker, from bath tub toys to several Duplo boxes - you will find everything you need. The city center of Hamburg is about 35 minutes away, the Baltic Sea about 1 hour. There is all sorts of things to discover in the vicinity! The space Our home is located next to the forests of the Sachsenwald . Open the gate at the end of the property and you are already standing in the biggest forest of northern Germany. You can expect 3 bedrooms with comfortable, new mattresses. Bedroom 1 surprises with a 2.70m wide family bed, which has an attached baby bed. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with twice 90 x 2m. You will also find lots of toys like a big drawer full of duplo or a sofa to read books. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a 90x2m bed which can be pulled out to a double bed of 1.80 x 2 m. The room also offers a changing table as well as a comfortable armchair. All bedrooms can be darkened for a restful sleep. There is also no traffic noise, only the chirping of the birds and the tranquility of the forest. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is also a large bathroom on the 1st floor with a view in the forest, equipped with a spacious rain shower and a bathtub. Sufficient towels will be available for you. Downstairs the 40m² living room invites you to relax. Whether reading or watching a film on the couch or in front of the fireplace. The large dining table made of solid oak offers you space for meals together with a view in the garden. On the terrace you will find another seating area for up to 8 people, a large Weber BBQ gas grill (Spirit E-325S GBS) and a lounger surrounded by flowers. For the little ones there are two playhouses on the lawn and a mud kitchen within sight of the terrace. On the other side of the house there is a forest area where a playground will be built in summer 2022 and other paths will be laid out. Due to this "construction site" it can therefore look a bit desolate for a short time, you can find a current picture in the picture gallery. Since we work here ourselves, everything rests while you are here. The kitchen offers you all the technical equipment you could wish for: the latest Thermomix model, a quiet dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster and a Soda Stream water bubbler with glass bottles. Two Triptrap children's chairs are also available. Thanks to fiber optics, you have the fastest WiFi anywhere in the house and, thanks to 3 Alexas/Bose boxes, music if you want. Guest access The semi-detached house is all yours while you are here. We live in a dead-end street directly in front of the Sachsenwald. Other things to note No celebrations, parties or bachelorette parties! We like our neighbors and they all appreciate the quiet location.
