It is fully stocked with all basic needs such as a microwave, blender, toaster, keurig, coffee maker, pots, pans for baking, utensils, smart tv in the living room, and onsite washer and dryer! The first floor features the living room, open kitchen with island and dining area, full bathroom off kitchen, and one bedroom! The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and overlooks the side and back yard! The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and two twin beds! Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin bed along with a small desk and chair! Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a twin bed! Guest access You're renting the entire house and you will have private use of the whole house, driveway, back yard, and the shed to put your bikes in if needed! Conveniently located and walking distance to Kingdom Trails! Other things to note The house is stocked with paper products such as toilet paper, napkins, paper towels! There are dishes, silverware, pots/pans, salt, pepper, sugar, spices, ketchup, mustard, towels, sheets, comforters, pillows, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. Utensils and propane for the grill are also provided. We have a spacious back yard making it great for outdoor activities and kids however we are on a main road so traffic and traffic noise is a given!
