Surrounded by vineyards, with its swimming pool in the front and its orchard with beautiful shady fruit trees in the back, you will spend a peaceful summer. With its 6 spacious bedrooms and magnificent view, you will be in a quiet place to discover the region nicknamed the "little Tuscany", its tourist sites and its terroir. The space In the house there is a beautiful living space consisting of a living-dining room veranda, an open kitchen with a central island overlooking the living room, an office and a quiet bedroom on the ground floor. Toilets and a laundry room complete this living space. On the first floor there is a long hallway that serves 4 bedrooms (including a master suite), a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the top floor a dormitory with its own bathroom. Guest access The village of Singleyrac, which you can walk to, has a bakery, a lake, children's games, a VTF village with a tennis court, a city stadium, a petanque court, and a mini-golf course. Outside the village there are several marked hiking trails, as well as an equestrian center and a goat farm. Located in the heart of the Purple Perigord, this small village is only 15 minutes from the city of Bergerac (international airport), 15 minutes from the citadels of Eymet and Issigeac, 5 minutes from the Château de Bridoire (known for its games for young and old) and Monbazillac. The Dordogne is full of UNESCO World Heritage sites and you can spend a day in the Périgord Noir to see the caves of Lascaux (1.5 hours), Sarlat (1.5 hours), Castillon la bataille (45 min).
