With its 6 spacious bedrooms and magnificent views you will be in a quiet area to discover the region nicknamed "Little Tuscany, its sights and its land. The space In the house there is a beautiful living space consisting of a living-dining room veranda, an open kitchen with a central island overlooking the living room, an office and a quiet bedroom on the ground floor. A toilet and laundry complete this living space. On the first floor there is a long corridor that serves 4 bedrooms (including a master suite), a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the top floor a dorm with its own bathroom. Guest access The village of Singleyrac, where you can walk, has a bakery, lake, children's games, a VTF village with a tennis court, a city stadium, a bocce court, a mini golf course. Outside the village there are several marked hiking trails, as well as an equestrian center and a goat shop. Located in the middle of the Périgord Pourpre this small village is only 15 minutes from the city of Bergerac (international airport), 15 minutes from the citadels of Eymet and Issigeac, 5 minutes from Bridoire Castle (known for its games for young and old) and Monbazillac. The Dordogne is full of Unesco world heritage sites and you can go to the Black Perigord over a day to see the caves of Lascaux (1.5 hours), Sarlat (1.5 hours), Castillon la Battle (45 minutes).
