You'll have access to a shallow, sandy cove when you're ready to get out on the water. You are welcome to paddle out from the private dock in one of the available kayaks. Water toys are also provided! Originally built in 1930, this property has been thoughtfully updated with central air-conditioning and an electric water heater (with better water pressure!) and is ready to host multi-generational groups. Kid-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play, booster seat, and high chair. The living area features a children's play area with games and books, as well as a wood-burning brick fireplace (firewood is provided) and classic cozy furnishings. The rich wood-paneled walls convey an authentic cabin atmosphere. After whipping up your favorite recipe in the full kitchen (no dishwasher), head outside to the picnic area shaded by towering trees. Things to Know No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
