My partner and I live in the this large expansive house and we stay during guests visits. This is like original BNB but we don’t provide breakfast. Please read the description carefully and ask questions. This is a well decorated home with the hosts personal belongings. The home has places to find peace and quiet or active and upbeat. We want your stay to be a great time and while complying with house rules and respecting our neighborhood The space You are welcomed to use the entire property except for hosts marked private rooms. Outdoors includes a full list amenities. Full access except for tenants property and tenants parking area. This is like a normal BNB. We do not leave while guests come to stay. We maintain the property and assist guests with less obvious amenities. All guests must be included in the reservation. Parents are required to supervise children at all times. Guest access All areas of the home and property except private owners bedroom and bath, storage, office and utility rooms. Other things to note Our listing is available all year round however, the pool is open seasonally from early May to mid/late September. The hot tub is open year round. Please inquire when making a reservation close to these dates are available. When making a request, guests must account for all guests in their group. Unreported guests will not be allowed access or entire group may be asked to leave. All photos included in the listing are professionally taken and do not include any ai enhancements. Decor and furniture may change from time to time as this is also our primary home. Any and all changes are upgrades to improve the space, however, it is not possible to update photos as small changes occur. Any major renovations are updated as they occur.
