My partner and I live in this large expansive house and we stay during guests visits. This is like original BNB but we don’t provide breakfast. Please read the description carefully and ask questions. This is a well decorated home with the hosts personal belongings. The home has places to find peace and quiet or active and upbeat. We want your stay to be a great time and while complying with house rules and respecting our neighborhood You are welcomed to use the entire property except for hosts marked private rooms. Outdoors includes a full list amenities. Full access except for tenants property and tenants parking area. This is like a normal BNB. We do not leave while guests come to visit. We maintain the property and assist guests with less obvious amenities. All guests must be included in the reservation. Parents are required to supervise children at all times. We follow strict Airbnb enhanced cleaning and safe social distancing. We have both been fully vaccinated for COVID-19. We expect the that all guests are careful and have been fully vaccinated and/or have not been in contact with anyone positive for COVID-19 or showing any signs or symptoms of cold, flu or COVID-19. Please disclose this in your inquiry. All areas of the home and property except private owners bedroom and bath, storage, office and utility rooms. Owners lives in this expansive home. Although owners may not be present during certain parts of your stay they are available by text, calls or in person. A pleasant and quiet county view. Nearby find all kinds of recreational attractions including white water rafting, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, biking, trails, train rides, the well known town of Jim Thorpe. Winter sports such as skiing, tubing, snow mobiling, hiking, and more. The Appalachian trail is a short 7-8 minute ride to its access point. Uber and Lyft have a small presence here, including the owner is an Uber drivers part time. Cabs are available at times. Use of your own car is simple as most attractions do have parking. Biking and walking are both possible. Our listing is available all year round however, the pool is open seasonally from early May to mid/late September. The hot tub is open year round. Please inquire when making a reservation close to these dates are available. When making a request, guests must account for all guests in their group. Unreported guests will not be allowed access or entire group may be asked to leave.
