The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and, on the upper floor, 2 bedrooms: the first with 2 single beds and the second with 2 bunk beds. The house also has two bathrooms renovated in 2024, equipped with a shower stall with a hydromassage column. The space In our magnificent apartment, you will have a large living room with a sofa and armchairs where you can relax watching TV after spending the day on the ski slopes. Meals can be eaten at the large table next to the window from which you will enjoy the majestic view of the Matterhorn and the view of the center of Cervinia. The new kitchen installed in 2023 is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, pots and dishes. The double bedroom consists of a spacious bed, bedside tables and a piece of furniture where you can store your clothes. The large panoramic window will allow you to enjoy an enchanting awakening. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms. One with single beds and one with bunk beds, both with windows. All beds are equipped with warm duvets. Bed linens and towels can be provided with a fee of €25 per guest. On the second floor, there is also a dressing area with hangers to hang your clothes and ski clothing, an iron, and an ironing board. Both bathrooms were renovated in 2024 and are equipped with a bidet and a shower stall with a hydro-massage. Guest access In front of the building there is free parking for your car. Within 300 meters there are two other large free parking lots. The apartment is ski-in and ski-out. After walking about 200 meters, you can put on your skis and walk a short path (about 100 meters) that will take you to the new slope 34, which will take you to the ticket office and the start of the ski lifts. You can also return home after skiing via slope 34. Alternatively, the facilities are about a 4-minute drive from home. The town center is about a 15-minute walk and a few minutes by car Alternatively, you can reach the slopes and the center using the convenient paid shuttle.
