*Host will occupy the top floor. Guest will occupy the bedroom on the bottom floor. Living room and kitchen areas are shared space. Guests may not invite any guests to visit.* Checkin from 3-8pm. Checkout by 12 noon. Secured by a full perimeter alarm system. Guests occupy downstairs bedroom with tv & attached full bath, and laundry room. The space The kitchen includes all major appliances, a keurig with assorted kcups, brita filter, blender, nonstick counter top cookware, plates, cups, silverware, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. Toilet tissue and paper towels will be available on arrival. Once the supply has depleted, the guest is responsible for restocking. Guest access The townhome has a dedicated parking space with several visitor parking spaces within the cul de sac. During your stay Host will be available on Airbnb messenger to respond to your needs through out your stay. Host will also be on site. Other things to note Your safety is my first priority! For security purposes there is a full perimeter alarm system. The property contains a security doorbell camera and a security camera over the patio.
