Condo in Bartlett

Welcome to our family's beautiful NH retreat! Stunning views of Mt. Washington await at our newly renovated loft-style condo, nestled at the top of a nearby summit. Located with very easy access to Attitash/Black/Cranmore, Jackson XC Touring, and Story Land/Living Shores, you will be nearby all of the local attractions and restaurants, with the outlet town of North Conway only a 15 minute drive away. Also steps away are Pinkham Notch and wonderful hiking/snowshoeing in the Presidential range. The space This is a not just another rental property; it has been our family's special mountain getaway for over 20 years! We've decided it's time to share our great space when we can't use it. This is an open and airy space, with lots of natural light. The kitchen has provided countless delicious meals, and is well stocked for cooking and baking. The dining table seats eight, and easily extends to seat ten comfortably. Plus there are four stools at the pass-through peninsula counter. The living area has beautiful mountain views, with skylights, windows, and two double glass doors leading out to the deck. It features a gas log fireplace activated by remote - all of the ambiance without the fuss or mess! We have a 55" smart TV with Blu-Ray/DVD/VHS, but only offer basic Roku programming - as most people choose to stream their own services. I measured the internet at 97M down, 10M up, with 802.11ac dual-band WiFi service. There is a bookshelf of games/puzzles, as well as a special children's nook under the stairs with a large toy bin. Upstairs there is a loft space with a work table and plenty of room to spread out on the carpeted floor. Also upstairs is a small laundry room with a new full-sized washer/dryer set that is available for use (free). There are two dedicated parking spots in the back lot near the front door (marked 4a and 4b), and overflow parking on the front side of the building ONLY IN THE SUMMER. There are informal trails from the parking lot that explore into the woods, which are great for small hikes or snowshoeing. There is also a sledding hill five minutes down the road (yes we have some sleds). Finally, check-in is a snap with our smart lock. We'll send you your exclusive code before you arrive; no hassles with keys or lock boxes! Other things to note In active snowy conditions you may need 4WD/AWD to proceed up the hill safely!
