A little luxurious summer accommodation in Österlen

The house is about 190 m2, located about 200 meters from a fantastically nice sandy beach. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is 18 m2, kitchen, large dining and living room and on top of this is our fantastic outdoor room, a wooden deck of 100 m2, where you can relax and have a good time. Open and social floor plan both inside and out. The house is located in Nybrostrand, the gateway to Österlen. In the village, there is a leisure pool and a mini grocery store with pizzeria/grill. A stone's throw away, there's also a golf course. To Ystad, it is about 7 km The space Quiet and peaceful location with lovely neighbors. The house is perfect for 2 families with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as large social areas. Optimal for 6-8 adults, but for families with children, it definitely works with 10 people. The house is U-shaped with a 100m2 wooden deck in between with barbecue, dining area and a lovely lounge corner sofa. When you enter the house from the entrance, you enter the hall and from there there is a corridor straight ahead with 3 bedrooms to the left and this corridor leads to the kitchen and then at an angle to the right dining area and then TV room. From the TV room, there are sliding doors out to the wooden deck. The three rooms: in the hall is the first door to the room that is the smallest bedroom, here is a 120 cm bed and space for an IKEA folding 90 cm bed, with which the whole room becomes a large bed, no wardrobes in this room. The second door, here is a 160 bed and wardrobe and dresser. The last bedroom in this corridor has a 140 cm bed and a 120 cm bed with a wardrobe. If you stand in the hall again and take the corridor directly to the right, you will find at the bottom the master bedroom with a 160 cm bed with a small walk-in closet and with lovely sliding doors out to the tree deck. Two bathrooms, one large with bathtub, shower and toilet and one smaller with toilet and shower. Laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available. Guest access Access to the whole house! Parking for at least 3 cars on site. Other things to note Exchange day is on Saturdays. Accommodation only possible Saturday - Saturday! Please bring your own sheets and towels.
