GROUND FLOOR Features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, mini grill & microwave (no oven), a compact lounge/dining area, and a modern and relatively spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. UPPER FLOOR The spacious main bedroom features a King Size bed (180x200cm) and a window-side mini-desk. Note on Layout: To accommodate the large bed, the passage space is compact (25cm); please consider this before booking. The second room serves as a flexible space with a sofa-bed and a big desk, perfect for a quiet home office. AMENITIES High-speed internet (1GB), a washing machine with a drying function, and a dehumidifier. HEATING A full central heating system keeps the house warm during the big wave season. COOLING As a traditional stone house with no south-facing windows, the interior remains naturally cool. It is an eco-friendly alternative to AC, perfect for those who prefer quiet, natural ventilation. There are mobile cooling units for the very few days in summer artificial cooling might be necessary. CLIMATE Located in Sítio, near the lighthouse, the air is cooled by regular Atlantic breezes. Even in summer, Nazaré rarely gets stiflingly hot. Pro tip: The wind can be refreshing; we recommend bringing a windbreaker or warmer layers, even for July and August stays, as temperatures can fluctualte during the day both summer and winter! If that might be an issue please consider it before booking. Weather: Please note that summers usually don't get too hot in Nazare, especially near the lighthouse in Sitio.
