The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc. The space The apartment, newly furnished in 2022, is ideal for 2 people. The 55 sqm studio also offers a sleeping option for a third person or child on the pull-out sofa bed. From the living and sleeping area you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Due to the eastern orientation, you can be greeted by the sun in the morning. The living area is equipped with a 55" smart TV, including Netflix and a digital radio with Bluetooth connection and CD player. In the sleeping area, which is separated from the living area by a partition, there is a box spring bed (king size 1.80 x 2.00 m), a spacious wardrobe and a small desk. Opaque curtains and electric exterior blinds ensure a quiet night's sleep. The dining room with kitchen is located in an extra room. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment). The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. A set of towels (large and small), a hairdryer, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo are available for each guest. The apartment has a central ventilation system. The directly adjacent garden is accessible from all rooms at ground level and offers an unobstructed view of the mountain scenery. The garden, equipped with sunbathing and seating facilities, is available to you alone and invites you to sunbathe, have breakfast, etc. Guest access The apartment is located in the basement in a detached house (in-law apartment). It is self-contained and has a separate entrance, accessible via an external steel staircase (not handicapped accessible). The apartment is separated from the rest of the house by a soundproof door. The studio is exclusively at your disposal; no other person has access to it. Free parking is available on the premises. Other things to note A tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night (children up to and including 13 years are free of charge) is also due upon arrival. In return, the digital Allgäu-Walser-Pass is available to you during your stay, which allows many discounts in the region.
