Our Guest house is nestled in the forest of beautiful Yellow Point only 20 minutes from Nanaimo Ferry Terminal or the Airport. Just minutes drive to the nearest beach, local markets, artisans and the popular Crow & Gate Pub. The 4 beds are bunk style all in one room perfect for a family with small children. The small kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, fridge, hot plate, crock pot, air fryer, kettle plus a Keurig for coffee. We offer a Smart TV, PS3, DVD's plus wifi and desk space. The space The Guest house is on two floors the downstairs is an open design, with a sofa, TV, Kitchenette and bathroom. Upstairs is loft with all 4 beds in one open area, 1 dbl bunk bed and 3 singles. A/C unit is available upstairs for warm weather. The modest space was designed for two parents and 2-3 small children, not suitable for 5 adults. Guest access Designated Parking right in front of your guest house, labelled "Pearls Perch". Your very own small private patio, picnic table and outdoor fire pit to enjoy! Bundles of wood $10, cash only when fires are permitted. Most local attractions are just a few minutes drive. Other things to note There is a propane BBQ available and utensils. There are lots of nice trails and beaches nearby and May - Oct there is the Cedar Farmers Market about 7 min away on Sundays.
