The apartment layout: - Master bedroom with double bed and a small balcony - Second bedroom with two beds: a single bed and a pull-out bed. - Living room with dining area and a small balcony. - Kitchen fully equipped with the necessary utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender as well as ceramic hob, microwave and oven. There is a washing machine, drying rack and iron. - Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. -Office room with a desk. High-speed fibre optic internet, air conditioning cold and hot in every room, 55" Brand New Smart TV with Netflix and international channels. Kindly note that the property is on the second floor, and there is no lift. Check-in is any time after 15:00 pm and before 22:00 pm. Check out by 11am. note: Check-in arrives between 22:00pm-23:00 pm an extra fee of 15€ will be applied. From 23:00 pm- 00:00 pm the extra fee is 25€ to be paid on the arrival.
