The space Please Note: The space does not contain a kitchen or cooking facilities, however a small fridge and coffee station is provided along with some starter coffee, teas, creamers and sugar. There are local restaurants at any one of several nearby wineries (5 minute drive), in town (10 minute drive) or Old Town Temecula (20 minute drive). Keep in mind that many of the winery restaurants do close by 9pm. Spa Hours: 7am-10pm NOTE: The pool area located on the estate is NOT an amenity included in this listing. That area is reserved exclusively for the Main Residence Guests only. Please DO NOT enter this area. Dedicated Entry shared only by our two Casita Suite guests. The Suites are situated on opposite sides of an entry foyer and do not share common walls. Other things to note SHARED PROPERTY NOTICE: Please note this property is shared with guests occupying the Main House above. If you are sensitive to noise or are looking for a completely detached and private space with no neighbors, this won't be the best-suited place for you. The Guest Suite Casita is located at the rear and below the main house on a separate bottom third level of the home and a second Guest Suite is located next door on the opposite side of a shared entry foyer (there are no common walls with the 2nd casita suite). Guests of the Main House and Casitas will utilize and share the main driveway gated entry but have separate parking areas and entries beyond that. The dedicated private hot tubs and patio spaces for each guest suite are separated by decorative privacy screens to optimize the outdoor space for our casita guests to enjoy. GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY & RIVERSIDE COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE: Our home is located in an extremely quiet neighborhood and our aim at all times is for our guests to experience a peaceful and tranquil retreat type setting during their visit to wine country. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum at all times so as not to disturb nearby neighbors or other guests on the property. QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 8am COMFORT & SAFETY: Dear Prospective Guests: We are excited to host you and want you to have fantastic stay. The Safety and Comfort of every guest, as well as our property is a top priority. To that end, please note that prior to the issuance of keycodes or property access, all confirmed reservations will receive a basic request for security details approximately 1 week prior to your date of arrival. We must receive this information no later than 48 hours before arrival to avoid disruption to your reservation. The information requested will ask for 1) Re-Confirmation of guest occupancy and who is staying; 2) Vehicle count according to the allowance stated in the listing; 3) Emergency cell phone contacts for the Primary guest plus One additional guest; 4) A reconfirmed acknowledgement that House Rules indicated in the listing will be followed by all guests.
