The Beira Rio Chalet is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest and overlooks the Rio das Pedras. It's a delight to sleep in the space to the sound of running water. The accommodation is located within Sitio Pé da Serra, where we value the silence and preservation of nature. The chalet is not suitable for those with reduced mobility, as the suite is on the second floor, with steep access stairs. The space Located in Alto Penedo, within the Pé da Serra Farm, Beira Rio is cared for with affection and attention. The Beira Rio: on the ground floor there is a balcony, two rooms (one of them overlooking Rio das Pedras) with a fireplace and a sofa that also functions as a bed. The other room with a single bed and a washroom. Between the two rooms is the dining room connected to the kitchen. There is also a small external service area with tank. On the second floor: a double bed, a small living room with a table (good for a home office), chairs and a bathroom. It has a slightly steep and narrow staircase that gives access to the suite on the second floor. The backyard is surrounded by woods with a gently flowing river. A unique experience for those seeking peace and close contact with nature. Sitio Pé da Serra is a family environment where silence and tranquility are valued. The place is not suitable for people allergic to the humidity of the forest. Guest access The property is in Alto Penedo, near the Truta Viva restaurant bridge. When you cross the bridge, take the first street on the right. Upon arrival, the car is parked on a dead-end street. The access to the cottage has a gentle descent (small dirt trail of 60 meters, illuminated). The accommodation is surrounded by a natural garden integrated into the forest. Our backyard has stone paths in the middle of the woods. Other things to note At Sítio Pé da Serra we preserve nature. Our gardens are natural and we can feel the pulse of life with the proximity of the waters and fresh air. Inside the site we do not hear the cars that pass on the road. We are a fifteen-minute drive from downtown Penedo, where there are a variety of restaurants, shops and live music.
