Between Lisbon and Cascais you will find this lovely 1 bedroom apartment with amazing views over the ocean. At 5 minutes waking from 2 beaches, 30 minutes to Lisbon/Cascais by train or 10 minutes by car and at 3Km from Nova School of Business and Economics, that is an amazing spot to enjoy the beach and explore Lisbon. We decorated it with Love and Care. Hope you like it. The space The apartment has a living and a full equipped kitchen in a open space, a large bedroom and a modern bathroom. The living has a comfy double sofa-bed. If you dare to work while staying, we also have a nice desk... but we won't guarantee no ocean distractions :) PS: Enjoy a book or just watch the infinite ocean on the hanged chair and all your problems will go away! Guest access All the space is for you only. Other things to note - Check-in / Checkout time - We are flexible about check-in and checkout time, depending on other guests leaving or arriving time. Nevertheless, the regular check-in time is at 15:00 and regular checkout time is at 11:00. - Self Check-in - For your comfort, we have self check-in. So, you can arrive at any time after 15:00. Before, please ask us. - Crib - We can provide you a crib free of cost. Please ask up to 48 hours before arrival. - Parking - You can park for free at the apartment street and surrounding streets. Also there is an electric car charging station at your door step. - Bathroom - Please note that the bathroom is ensuite, located within the bedroom. - City Tax - As mandatory for all short-term rentals in Oeiras, we charge a city tax of 1€/day for each guest aged 13 or older, up to a maximum of 7 days.
