Park in the private parking space at the building. Now, check in conveniently using the electronic Nuki lock with a code. You'll find your entrance to the maisonette apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors directly in the entrance area. On the ground floor, you'll find plenty of space to store your clothes and luggage. Up the first flight of stairs and you'll find yourself in the kitchen, equipped with a new, large refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee/espresso machine, two induction cooktops, two air fryers, various cooking utensils, and a selection of spices – everything you need for enjoyable cooking together. To the right is the lovely and sunny bedroom/living room No. 1. It features a high-quality wall-mounted fold-down bed (160 x 200 cm), a comfortable leather sofa bed with two individually extendable slatted bases (80 x 200 cm) for a third and fourth person, an extendable dining table, a smart TV with internet access, and a DVD player. Two wardrobes are available, containing books and games. The windows can be easily darkened with curtains, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. ... On the same level is the bathroom with a bathtub and integrated shower, as well as the adjacent wellness area with a high-quality infrared sauna featuring Bluetooth and LED light therapy. On the left is a comfortable bed measuring 1.60 m x 2 m, and the windows can be darkened with curtains. There are also two wardrobes for your clothes. In the central area, you will find a coffee bar with a Nespresso machine and a small library, including children's books and various games. The antique dining table for 4-5 people is perfect for enjoying coffee or a game, and of course, it can also be used as a workspace. Wi-Fi with a 100,000 connection is available throughout the house. The living room area is located on the right side of the penthouse. The comfortable sofa bed, when unfolded, provides a sleeping area of ​​approximately 1.60 x 2 meters for two people.
