The space This cozy redwood retreat has a welcoming covered front porch, a fully equipped kitchen, and bamboo and tiled floors throughout. The open floor plan accommodates a comfortable queen-sized bed downstairs and a cozy sleeping loft with a full-sized bed upstairs... each within the view & comfort of the warm stone hearth. Other things to note Re Hygenic preparedness for your arrival: Our extensive cleaning procedures between guests are of the highest CDC health and safety hospitality standards. Disinfecting hand soap and cleaning supplies are in the rental. Our 47 acre redwood-forested setting provides an ideal place and way to vacation or get away from populus areas during this current time. Also, regarding Covid, by this time our guests understand the situation, have read our cancellation policy and assume all responsibility when they make the reservation. We are not refunding for reasons re Covid at this time. Holidays weeks and weekends (Presidents week, Spring break, Memorial weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving week, Christmas/Winter holiday and New Years) are 3 night minimum and HSU Graduation (May 16-19, 2019) and 4th of July week are 4 night minimum (higher rates for HSU graduation weekend). AirBnB does not collect the 12% occupancy/bed tax (standard fee for all hotels and vacation rentals in Humboldt County), so you will receive a message from us with slight alteration in your agreed rate to include tax. Reservations greater than 14 days will require host approval, so please inquire first before booking. Any guests not accounted for in original booking will be charged $35/nt per extra person (host approval required before adding more guests).
