A private room in a Newtown terrace house located in a quiet pocket of Sydney’s most colourful neighbourhood in the Inner West. Only a two-minute walk to Newtown Station, numerous Bus routes and the centre of a bustling and ultra-convenient King Street. The bedroom, living room and kitchen are neatly styled, making them comfortable spaces for you to feel at home with all the necessary appliances. Robbie and his dog (Felix) live at the LGBTQI+ friendly home and welcome everyone! The space You have your own private bedroom. The bedroom comes with a queen size bed, a clothes rail, and storage. The bathroom, living, kitchen and courtyard space are shared. It is a corner block providing good ventilation and light to all rooms. Robbie lives in the house with his dog Felix, a Groodle (Poodle x Golden Retriever), Non-shedding, very gentle, affectionate and quiet dog. Guest access Robbie will greet you upon check in. Unrestricted street parking is available if you have a car. Train is 300m away which makes for a very convenient location to catch public transport to. You will share the house with Robbie and his dog, Felix. During your stay Robbie will be around if you require anything. You will be sharing the house with him so he will be easy to contact at any time.
