The Long Beach apartment, Punta del Este, awaits you for a full stay in enjoyment and comfort. At the very base of the peninsula, the most desired strategic tourist area: 100m from Playa Brava and 200m from Playa Mansa, the main beaches of the seaside resort. Enjoy is just 150m away. Very quiet but at the same time close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations and shops of all kinds. The building's amenities are unique in the area for their quantity, quality and dimensions. The space The apartment, from its 9th floor, conquers you with its large terrace overlooking the ocean. The terrace can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom, to enjoy, for example, a tasty breakfast while gazing out to sea. In addition, to enjoy the landscape, it is not necessary to go out to the terrace, since its large windows allow a permanent view from inside the apartment.  From December 15 to March 15, the accommodation includes daily housekeeping and beach service (umbrellas and sun loungers) in La Brava. The apartment has air conditioning. For those who avoid air conditioning or prefer the natural climate, it is important to note that this is a very cool accommodation in summer, the result of the quality of its construction (Pintos Risso) and its location with sea breezes. It also has a heating system for winter. Ideal for a couple, or a couple with one or two children. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, although the most recommended is up to 4. The master bedroom is large, bright, spacious window overlooking the ocean, single armchair, terrace with chairs, equipped with furniture, large closet, TV (with Netflix, Youtube), air conditioning, heating, a very comfortable queen bed with new mattress, etc. The secondary bedroom is defined in the intermediate space between the main room, the bathroom and the living room, with communication to those spaces through three doors. It has 3 beds with new mattresses, sheets, etc.  Cozy living-dining room with large window overlooking the ocean, terrace with table and chairs, air conditioning, heating, equipped with a large and comfortable sofa, table and five chairs, living room furniture, large wall mirror, TV with Netflix, IPTV, Youtube, etc.  Full kitchen with countertop, kitchen furniture, refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, heating jug, pots, cutlery and everything you need for the kitchen.  Bathroom with two sinks, large mirror, comfortable shower with adjustable system, towels, soap, etc. About amenities and services The accommodation has various amenities to enjoy: - Two outdoor pools with heated water (from December 15 to March 15). This large pool area has umbrellas, lounge chairs and it is not necessary to bring towels from the apartment because they are provided in the pool area, where they can be left after use. - Spa with: a heated Jacuzzi pool, sauna, space for loungers and relaxation. - Gym. - Multipurpose soccer-basketball court. - A tennis court - A game room with a ping-pong table, foosball, and electronic games - TV rooms - A room with computers - Comfortable spaces for occasional meetings. - Large gardens with paths decorated with flowers. - Playground for kids. - Beach service for Playa Brava. The apartment has indoor parking for one vehicle in a private secured place. On the street of the building you can also park at no cost. 5 elevators, 4 for daily use plus one for service. We leave a good number of photographs available so that you can have more security about what is offered. We even added night photos of the views, the pool area, the entrance to the building, and the entrance street to Long Beach. Guest access The building is strategically built in conjunction with other buildings surrounded by green spaces and gardens, in such a way as to ensure tranquility, if that is what is sought. You can walk safely around the area at any time. However, if you want dynamic social activity, there are several points of interest very close by. Walking, for example, you reach Avda. Gorlero, full of restaurants and shops of all kinds, the Enjoy Casino and Resort 150m away, etc. To get to the parking lot from the apartment, you can access it by elevator: floor -1. The entrance to the parking lot by vehicle is on Amazonas Street, identified by being a dimly lit curved entrance. The vehicle is detected by camera and the automatic gate opens from the inside. Once past the parking access door, the apartment's private parking space is a few meters on the right. The parking number is reported when booking. To exit by vehicle, just approach the entrance/exit door in such a way that, from the same vehicle, by means of a hanging rope, the system that opens the automatic gate is activated. After the vehicle leaves, the gate closes automatically. Other things to note The building has beach service for the summer months: umbrellas and sun loungers can be available in Playa Brava without having to load them (only the apartment number should be mentioned). Several showers are available for when you return from the beach: in the parking area, in the pool area and in the sauna locker room (with hot water). From December 15 to March 15, the accommodation includes cleaning service from Monday to Saturday. Long Beach also has a laundry service at reasonable prices. This service is located in the basement, near the parking area. As indicated, in addition to the 4 elevators for traditional use, there is an extra service elevator. Next to this elevator, in the parking area, there are carts that can be used to go up to the apartment - for example - with supermarket purchases. After using it, please return it to the place intended for this service. The apartment as such allows pets, as long as you ensure that they do not damage the equipment of the apartment. It should be considered that the building's policy for common areas does not allow pets to stay in swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, etc. For those interested in holding a special meeting, for a small fee (1,000 Uruguayan pesos), one of the three meeting rooms, with a capacity for 30 people each, can be booked (at reception in advance). The reservation can be made for 5 hours, at noon or at night (for example from (8:00pm to 1:00am). These rooms can be joined so you could even have a large space for 90 people, fully equipped. Each space has tables, chairs and dishes for 30 people, living room set, grill, cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, audio equipment, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. The amount to be paid, which basically covers cleaning costs, also includes firewood.
