The space This 2 storey private villa is at the rear of a group of 3 homes on a quiet residential street in Old Dunsborough. It is light, bright and airy, freshly painted with large north facing glass doors that take you out to a leafy, secure and private back yard with outdoor setting and barbecue. The layout of the home is ideal, allowing privacy for each guest. The master bedroom with ensuite and WIR is downstairs and separate to two large bedrooms and the family bathroom upstairs, plus, an additional toilet in the laundry. Each bedroom has a brand new reverse cycle air conditioners for cooling and heating and all bedroom and bath room line is provided. The living area is comfortable and spacious with high raked timber ceilings, a reverse cycle air system, two lounges, a smart TV and separate dining area. There is also a family size functional kitchen with new appliances and all the bits and bobs you need to prep meals. This is a comfortable, easy living space suited to a family and we have added children’s toys, books porta cot, baby gate and high chair; and books and board games for adults to keep everyone entertained.
