2nd floor of townhome ~5min walk Main St & Train

This is a newly renovated townhome in the heart of Manayunk. Everything has been custom made for this beautiful home! Just a 5 minute walk to downtown Main Street: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the Schuylkill river trail. It's easy to get to center city if you don't want to stay local: usually a $5-$15 uber/lyft ride, or a 10 minute drive by car, or a 5 minute walk to the SEPTA Manayunk train station. The airport is also easy to get to, about 25 minutes drive away. The space The 1st floor and staircases are shared and we live on the third floor. You will have the 2nd floor. Our home is located where all life happens in Manayunk: dog park, trendy shops, live music on Thursdays, bike & running trail, a comic store, a co-working space, gyms, bars, restaurants, Manayunk brewery, etc. Despite all this life, our home is on top of a hill, nestled on a quiet street to give you a good night's sleep! Guest access You have the entire 2nd floor: 1 Master Bedroom (custom walk-in closet, 43” smart TV), 1 Double Bedroom, and your private full bathroom. Common spaces include: the living room, kitchen, 1 set of staircase, dining room, and the garden. Please feel free to use the kitchen's microwave, stove, utensils, freezer, and the top shelf of the refrigerator. There's also washer/dryer, iron, and a steam cleaner in the finished basement (just send me a quick text). Please be gentle with the floors: they are ceramic tiles and Brazilian Cherry wood throughout. During your stay Both or one of us will always be available via texting on the Airbnb app. We are entrepreneurs so we do not have a set schedule. You may see us or you may not. We're avid travelers. We love meeting new people but if you don't initiate conversations, we will respect your privacy. Other things to note I will send you the combination Code to open the lockbox before your check-in. Street parking is free.
